How long does shipping take?

All of our products are premade. Shipping takes 3-5 days.

What happens if I enter a wrong address?

If you need to change your address or have any problems with your order, please contact intricate.llc.official@gmail.com.

Do you restock your products?

Short Answer - yes we do! We occasionally restock our products but we do not always. To stay informed on restocks, follow our Instagram @intricate.llc and sign up for our email SMS to get exclusive insight on future restocks!

What’s your refund policy?

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means that once you receive your item, you have 7 days to request an exchange of sizing. You must ship the item and our team will go through our quality control process to ensure tat the item is in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be unworn and unused with all the original tags. We do not do direct refunds.

All sales are final as we produce in small batches.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes we do - we have an option for Shop Pay Installments!

How do I know what size to order?

Most of our garments are true to size, but every piece will have a size chart in the description!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do - the timeline for shipping is 5-7 days.

What carrier do you ship with?

We primarily ship with USPS and UPS.
